Pharmacist-Reviewed Supplements Designed for People Taking Medications

RYOS Vitamins are developed with medication awareness in mind—helping adults make more informed choices when combining supplements with prescription or over-the-counter medications.

Most Supplements Aren’t Designed for People Taking Medications

Three out of four adults in the U.S. live with a chronic condition. Most rely on medications to manage their health and also use supplements to ease side effects, fill nutritional gaps or boost wellness. Yet few understand drug-nutrient interactions or supplement safety.

A Medication-Aware Approach to Supplements

That’s why we created RYOS. RYOS was created to bridge the gap between traditional supplement brands and medication-aware wellness. Our pharmacist-review process evaluates each formula for common drug-nutrient interactions to support more informed supplement choices. Because we believe supplements shouldn’t work against your medications. With transparency, third-party testing, and clean ingredient sourcing, they should work with them, helping you reclaim your original self.

RYOS products are pharmacist reviewed for common medication interactions

How it Works

1. Ingredient Review
We assess commonly used supplement ingredients for known interactions with medications.

We consider how ingredients may interact with widely used medications such as blood thinners, antidepressants, and thyroid treatments.

3. Real-World Use Focus
We evaluate how supplements may fit into everyday routines for adults managing medications.
